We produce our Lead Bricks by pouring high purity lead into square molds, hardening the surface with a special hardening method, pressing in high tonnages with the hydraulic press method, and producing locked female, male and corner connection lead bricks on a smooth surface. Lead bricks can be produced painted in the desired color if desired. Our lead bricks are in a completely locked system and have a slippery and smooth surface. The strength of the male and female connection points is increased with a special hardening method and provides a 100% safe locking system. Lead bricks are used for radiation resistance in high active areas.

USE OF LEAD BRICK
STANDARD LEAD BRICKS ARE 50 MM X 100 MM X 100 MM DIMENSIONS. LEAD BRICKS ARE PRODUCED BY PRESSING AND DO NOT CONTAIN ANY CASTING Voids or ERRORS. YOU CAN CARRY OUT YOUR ARMOURING APPLICATIONS WITHOUT THE NEED FOR CUTTING WITH OUR 6 DIFFERENT PRESSED DIE OPTIONS.

LEAD BRICK USAGE AREAS: NUCLEAR MEDICINE, RADIOPHARMACEUTICALS
“LEAD BRICKS WITH 2% ANTIMONY ARE STRUCTURALLY LONGER LASTING THAN STANDARD LEAD BRICKS.”
